You’ve Googled “is [insert literally any activity] bad for scoliosis” approximately 89,75696+ times in your life…
Chances are, you’ve been told your whole life that scoliosis is just something you have to "live with." That your only options are bracing, surgery, or sucking it up. Or that your curve won't get worse once you stop growing, which is complete nonsense btw!
Maybe you're the woman whose underwire digs into your ribs at every wedding. Or you're hiding under baggy clothes because the thought of someone noticing your crooked back makes you want to disappear.
Or maybe you're the woman who did everything "right.” You completed Schroth sessions, worked with physical therapists, and even tried yoga. But you’re still second-guessing every movement and dealing with pain.
The bottom line is this: Living with scoliosis is confusing as heck, and the medical system is built to REACT, not SUPPORT.
It looks at your curve instead of YOU as a whole person. Meanwhile, you're left with a million questions, and your doctor shrugs them off, telling you to “just keep an eye on it.”
(Thanks, so helpful?)
But that doesn’t mean you’re doomed to spend the next 40 years hunched over and popping ibuprofen. You're not too old, too fused, or too far gone. Yes, even if you feel like you've tried everything under the sun.
But you DO need someone who understands what it's like to live with a curved spine and knows how to help you work with it, not against it.
The Scoliosis Strength Collective teaches you how to move & live with better posture, less rib sticking out, and no fear of your curve getting worse.
This virtual program is one-of-a-kind for scoliosis. It takes a holistic approach and empowers you in ways you have NOT experienced before.

This is the only program that looks at your entire body, not just your X-ray.
(But you bet I’ll do that, too!)
★ NO FORCED CORRECTION: Most programs try to jump straight into fixing your posture without preparing your nervous system first. Instead, we start with a "movement elimination diet” to stop your body from feeling like it’s constantly on high alert and then build back the right patterns for YOUR curve.
★ STEP-BY-STEP ROADMAP that's easy to follow and not overwhelming or full of conflicting info. You get lifetime access to all materials, so you can move at your own pace and revisit what you need when life gets busy.
★ A PLAN FOR AFTER THE PLAN: After the 6-month program, you can move into advanced strength training, maintenance classes, or weekly live sessions to stay consistent.
★ EXPERT GUIDANCE FROM A PT WITH SCOLIOSIS. I’ve walked this exact path and coached over 200+ women to ease pain, stop living like their spine might shatter, and finally wear that cute dress hanging in their closet. I’m not just someone reading from a textbook.
Been told that surgery and bracing are the only ways to manage scoliosis?
That’s just plain wrong. There's a whole spectrum of care with proactive options that the medical system conveniently skips over.
Tried seeing a chiropractor or doing yoga for better posture?
But ended up feeling worse? That's because repeated adjustments can mess with your spine, and generic yoga often overstretches your joints.
Feel like you need to live with a “perfect” neutral spine 24/7?
Moving like a robot isn’t the answer. Your body craves movement that feels goooood!
Been told that your curve isn’t “bad enough” to need help?
Meanwhile, you’re dealing with daily pain, fatigue, and avoiding activities you love? Let me tell you: Your. Experience. Matters.
Currently hoarding approximately 27891040 exercise routines and “resources” but never get around to doing them?
Been there, lol. When you don't have a clear plan or understand WHY you're doing something, it's easy to feel frantic and do nothing instead.
Here’s what becomes possible when you stop fighting (with) your spine and get support that treats you like a whole human:
You're no longer bracing for your ribs to jam into your side with every movement or skipping out on activities you love because you're afraid you'll "pay for it later."
You stop living like you’re one wrong move away from being permanently broken.
Walking the dog, doing housework, or working a full day doesn't leave you wiped out or hurting for days after.
You feel stronger, and your confidence comes flooding back in.
You're no longer lying awake at 2 AM wondering if you'll end up hunched over like a grandma or whether pregnancy or menopause will break your body down.
You stop managing your symptoms and start building a relationship with your body, curve & all.
Here’s the truth…
Most women with scoliosis fall through the cracks because the norm is to wait until things are “bad enough” to intervene.
But what if instead of waiting for your curve to get worse, we actually DID SOMETHING to support it?! You don’t need to wait until bracing, surgery, injections, and pain meds are your only options. You need:
To focus on the nervous system first - so you’re not just throwing exercises at a body that’s out of balance
Proven education and tools that work WITH your curve, not against it
A supportive community of women, led by a physical therapist who’s lived with scoliosis and knows how to coach you through it
You’ll find all of this (and more!) inside The Scoliosis Strength Collective.
Real talk…
6 months from now, you could be:
🧘♀️Signing up for that Pilates class you've been eyeing for months
🥾Booking the hiking trip your friends have been planning
🍝Enjoying a meal at your favorite restaurant without your ribs digging into the chair
📸Posting pictures on IG and not looking like the Leaning Tower of Pisa
👗Wearing that backless top you bought two summers ago and never had the nerve to put on
😴Sleeping in any position you freaking want
💃Dancing the night away at your friend’s wedding
📏Standing noticeably taller
💻Sitting at your desk without needing to ice your back or pop ibuprofen
🏃♀️Running a 5K
You could be saying YES more.
Yes to spontaneous weekend trips. Yes to helping friends move. Yes to trying new activities without Googling "is this bad for scoliosis" first.
Because when you're not constantly managing pain and fear, life gets a whole lot bigger.
Say YES to…

OK, so how does it work?!
01.
First, we figure out what your spine is up to
Once you enroll, you'll send me your X-rays (or posture photos if you don't have recent X-rays), and I'll classify you into one of 3 main curve types. From there, you’ll get personalized exercises tailored to YOUR specific curve.
You'll also introduce yourself in our private Facebook group and start connecting with other women inside the program!
02.
Then, we get moving together
You'll join me for weekly live classes where we move through my signature Re-Cor-S method together. Each session starts with education, and then we dive into movement work. I’m watching you the entire time, giving real-time feedback!
There are morning & evening sessions available, as well as recordings for when you can’t make it live.
03.
Plus, I’m basically in your back pocket
Between our live sessions, you can message me on Voxer (a voice chat app) whenever questions come up. I also offer weekly office hours if you’d like to schedule a 1:1 call.
But you’re not just getting support from me! You’re joining a community of women who know what it’s like to live with scoliosis. You’ll finally feel like you don’t have to explain yourself or justify your feelings.
Hey, I’m Meghan!
Physical Therapist & Scoliosis Specialist
This work is personal, so let’s get to know each other a little bit better!
HOUSE FULL OF CHAOS:
We share our home with a cat named Certain and a dog named Guaran (yes, Guaran-Teed... we couldn't resist!). They bring us so much joy and chaos in the best way.
WHERE I FIND PEACE:
In the garden, getting my hands dirty and figuring out what grows in Southern heat and sandy soil. It's been humbling but rewarding!
WEIRD BUT TRUE:
I find pimple popping videos weirdly satisfying. I know, it's gross. But Dr. Pimple Popper? Chef's kiss. 😂
TENNIS BEGINNER:
I just started playing, and being a beginner again is SO humbling. Yes, I worry it might make my scoliosis worse, but I've learned to listen to my body & have the tools to support my spine.
CORE VALUE:
I follow Jesus and live with love, compassion, and humility as the foundation for how I move through the world and run my business.
I was 11 years old when they found my scoliosis during a gym class screening. My mom and I rushed to the doctor, got an X-ray, and heard the classic line:
"Yes, she has scoliosis, but it's not bad enough to do anything about. We'll just watch it."
In ballet class, wearing those open-back leotards, I could see one side of my back pushing out further than the other. Classmates would ask, "What's that thing on your back?" Adding scoliosis awkwardness to regular puberty awkwardness? NOT FUN! I started wearing baggy sweatshirts to school and basically pretended my spine wasn't curved.
The medical system had dismissed me, so I tried (and, of course, failed) to dismiss my scoliosis right back.
In physical therapy school, we got exactly ONE hour of scoliosis education. I later learned that the material they taught us wasn’t even ACCURATE (major yikes).
By a twist of fate, a local Pilates instructor asked if I'd be her case study for becoming a scoliosis specialist. I said yes, and, for the first time in my life, someone actually saw my spine.
She taught me how to stand in corrected posture, alleviate my pain, and keep doing the activities I loved without fear. I felt so seen, so understood, that I knew I had to become a scoliosis specialist, too.
Since then, I've helped 200+ women from all over the world: women who've tried chiropractors, massage, injections, even physical therapy, and nothing worked.
As someone who's been dismissed by the system and found her way through, I'm here to make sure you don't have to figure this out alone like I did.
Is The Scoliosis Strength Collective right for you?
You’ll fit right in if:
You're ready to stop living like your spine is made of glass and want to dance at your friend’s wedding until your feet hurt (not your back)
You're tired of hiding under baggy clothes and dream of wearing that fitted dress or backless top and feeling that you look GOOD 🔥
You're an active woman who wants to keep playing tennis, golf, or pickleball for the rest of your life without scoliosis holding you back
You're a mom-to-be or new mom who refuses to let scoliosis fears dictate how you move through pregnancy and motherhood
You're done with the "wait and see" approach and ready to take proactive steps to support your spine before things get worse
You want expert coaching but also crave a community with women who understand what you're going through
You're willing to do the work and follow a proven plan instead of random routines you found on Instagram
You’re a positive, happy-go-lucky person who isn’t looking for a place to just complain about everything that's wrong
You're self-aware and respectful of group time
You’re comfortable with technology and can attend live Zoom meetings/send voice messages
This program is NOT the right fit for you if:
You're in severe/acute pain or have a recent injury (please see a provider in person first)
You're looking for a quick fix or expect results without putting in consistent effort
You prefer to work alone and aren't interested in group support or community
You're not ready to invest time and energy into a 6-month commitment and show up for calls
If you're ready to stop bouncing between conflicting advice and commit to consistent action, this will be the LAST scoliosis resource you'll ever need to stand taller, move with confidence, and keep your spine healthy for life.

-
The live classes take an hour, and you’ll also need to do your personalized home exercises for about ~30 minutes every day.
-
The classes are limited to 10 people, and there are morning & evening sessions to choose from. The limit is there to make sure that I can give everyone personalized, real-time attention.
-
That’s totally up to you. If you’re currently in pain, I recommend a short “movement elimination diet”—sticking to these exercises and walking only. Then we’ll reintroduce other movement step-by-step to figure out what helps and what doesn’t.
-
No problem! You can send posture photos instead. I'll still be able to classify your curve type and create a personalized plan for you.
-
The primary goal of this program is to stabilize your curve and reduce pain. While structural change isn’t guaranteed, about 80% of the people I work with see noticeable improvement in the aesthetic of their curve—meaning better posture, more symmetry, and feeling more balanced in their body.
What you can expect is reduced discomfort, improved posture, a more balanced appearance (yes—even less rib prominence!), and clothes that fit more evenly and comfortably.
-
Scoliologic doesn’t accept insurance, but many clients use their HSA/FSA accounts to cover the cost. Payment is due at enrollment—be sure to check with your provider.
-
On average, members see noticeable changes within 10–20 hours of practice. That includes time spent in our weekly live classes and your practice outside of them.
The real difference comes from what you do between sessions—small, consistent efforts throughout the week are what create lasting results. -
I totally get it—maybe you’ve tried things in the past that didn’t work, and you don’t want to waste time on yet another program that might help. That’s exactly why the Scoliosis Strength Collective is different.
✅ Tailored to YOU: This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Everything is adapted to your unique curve, movement patterns, and goals.
✅ Expert Coaching: You won’t be left guessing—I’ll be there to guide you, answer questions, and adjust things as needed.
✅ Proven Results: My clients have seen real, measurable changes, from reduced pain to better posture and strength.Still not sure if it’s the right fit? Let’s chat! I only want you in if this program can truly help you.
-
Life is busy—I totally get it! But here’s the thing: if you don’t make time to care for your body now, scoliosis will force you to later.
The good news? You don’t need hours each day to see results.
💡 Just 30 minutes a day can make a huge difference.
💡 Everything is recorded, so you can go at your own pace.
💡 Small, consistent efforts = lasting results. You don’t need a perfect schedule to make progress. You just need to start.
-
Totally valid concern. I know you want to make sure this investment actually pays off. That’s why this isn’t just random exercises—it’s a proven method that has helped 100+ of my clients:
✨ Reduce pain and stiffness
✨ Improve posture and balance
✨ Feel stronger and more confident in movementThat said, your effort matters. If you show up, ask questions, and stay consistent, you will see progress—whether it’s standing taller, feeling more stable, or finally having the confidence to modify your workouts without fear.
And remember, I’m here to make sure you succeed.
-
I get it—this is an investment. But let’s flip the perspective for a second...
What’s the cost of NOT taking action?
❌ Continuing to feel stuck in your body
❌ Wasting money on quick fixes that don’t last
❌ Avoiding activities you love because of pain or instabilityThe Scoliosis Strength Collective gives you lifelong tools to manage your scoliosis—not just a temporary band-aid. Plus, HSA/FSA funds can be used to help with the cost, and I offer flexible payment options to make it easier.
Your health, confidence, and freedom to move are worth it.

It’s recommended that you come to the live classes to get real-time feedback. However, every session is recorded, so you can catch up on them if something comes up.
-
If you can use Zoom and send voice messages, you're all set!
-
You can still join! This program is perfect for moms-to-be who want to support their spine through pregnancy and beyond.
-
You keep lifetime access to all materials, plus you can join my maintenance classes, advanced strength training, or weekly sessions to continue your progress.
Your spine isn’t broken, it’s just curved.
And curves can be supported & strengthened.
Six months from now, you can either be still Googling exercises and hoping something will click, or you can be standing taller and moving with confidence.
The choice is yours. But I know which one the woman reading this right now is ready to make…
